Why do I have to switch to prepaid?
If we are asking you to switch to prepaid service, we noticed that you have minimal usage on your account, and we can no longer sustain the account for dial-in services. Instead of closing the account, we are offering you our prepaid service as an alternative. It’s basically the SAME service, except that you purchase your talk time in blocks of $25 in advance. Each block is valid for 2 years from the last day of use and in general, the rates are cheaper on the prepaid platform. Once the initial $25+tax is received, we will activate your prepaid account and send you the access numbers, as well as the log-in information for the control panel. From there, you can administer the account yourself, add/remove numbers, check your balance, see your call history and top up when you are low on funds.
