What is Direct Access Long Distance service?

When you make a long-distance call from your line, your local phone company first checks your PIC (Primary Interchange Carrier) code before they route your call. When your PIC code is DCI Telecom, all your direct-dialled calls are automatically routed with DCI. That’s what we call Direct Access. There is no setup fee and you do not need a computer with Internet access to use this service. Since there is a cost associated with this process we charge 95 cents per month for prepaid service and $2.95 for postpaid service.

If you want Direct Access for your cell phone, simply download the free Zoiper app from the app store and contact DCI to provision the service for you. The cost is 95 cents per month and all calls dialled from the Zoiper app, automatically route to DCI.
