My bill date has passed. Where is my invoice?
We typically mail out invoices on the 26th of the month but sometimes we need a couple of extra days to pull all of the details together and to process your monthly bill. Depending on your account preference settings, you’ll get your bill by email or regular mail. You can also view the invoice online if you know your account number and password. Once the invoice is posted online you have about 15 days to pay it, so there’s lots of time to make sure you get that payment in without any late payment fees.
