How do I setup my Videotron Voicemail?

Before you can use your voice mail for the first time, you must first activate it. Press 1 and keep your finger on the key. This key is a shortcut to your voice mail. Enter your temporary password (the PIN we provided or the last four digits of your phone number + 99#). For example, if your phone number is 514 281-1711, your temporary password is 171199#.

The system will now ask you to modify your password. Choose a 4- to 8-digit password. Record your personal greeting message. Your message must not exceed three minutes and your name must not exceed 30 seconds. Record your name by following the audio instructions. Once these steps have been completed, your voice mail is activated and ready to receive messages.

To change the voicemail language,

• press and hold the 1 key to access your mailbox
• press 4 to configure your mailbox
• press 2 to modify your management options
• press 8 to change the language of the voice instructions or
• press 9 to change the language in which the mailbox answers your callers
