Can I keep my phone number if I switch to you?

Yes, in most cases we can transfer your telephone number to us. There is no interruption of service and it works for both landline and cellular numbers. We just need your phone number and current account number to proceed. If your current cellular service is prepaid (Chatr, Virgin, Koodo…) simply call 611 from your handset and ask customer service for your account number.
