How do I pay my bill?

The easiest way is to set up a pre-authorized credit card payment for your account and have each payment automatically withdrawn around the 9th of each month. Invoices are typically issued on the 26th of the month and we charge your credit card approximately 14 days later. This payment method reduces our workload significantly. Click here to sign up.

You can also pay by Internet and telephone banking. Set up DCI Telecom as payee with your financial institution by visiting their website or by calling them. You will need your 11 digit account number listed on your invoice.

If you wish to make a one-time payment please click here for our payment gateway where you can use your debit or credit card to make a one-time payment. You can also call us by phone to make a payment with your credit card but that method is highly discouraged due to the increased work-load for our agents.

If you want to go old school and send us your payment by regular mail, that’s also ok. We accept checks and money orders but please do not send post-dated checks.
