Please complete the following check list to initiate a device return.

A device must meet the following requirements to be considered in “good working condition” and be eligible for return. Please answer the questions truthfully. If we do not accept your device, it will be returned to you at your own expense. Remove your SIM card, memory card and any accessories. Make sure to back up your data. Once we accept your device return, we cannot give it back under any circumstances.

Please note that we can not possibly think of every reason why a device would not be acceptable for return. Therefore, DCI reserves the right to reject any device, for any reason whatever, at the sole discretion of DCI. If we do not accept our device, it will be returned to you at your own expense.
